What I do for my coaching clients:
Step #1 figure out exactly what it is that you are feeling.
Step #2 figure out what is the most empowering thing for you to connect to at this stage of your life, and develop a customized affirmation.
Step #3 create a path of least resistance between where you are and where you want to be. Identify and eliminate inherited emotional predispositions, blown emotional fuses, and disempowering judgements you have made about yourself and your life.
Step #4 quantify your progress so you know how far you have come and what you still need to do.
Step #5 Give you world class tools to help you take personal control of your life.
