So lets review a bit. Adrenal fatigue involves pushing your self too hard for to long until you wear yourself out, specifically you adrenals.

Adrenal fatigue involves a synergistic combination of personality, life style, and nutrition. Since it is a combination of several things the solution cannot be one dimensional.

Are you a highly productive person? If life gets tough do you push to fix it? Do you feel that your worth is connected to what you accomplish? If you don’t feel well is your home still clean? If yes then you have the emotional component in place.

Combine this emotional makeup up with a hectic busy life style and you are slowly pushing your body to the limit. When you have a poor diet then you body has less margin’s to deal with the stress you are under.

If you are tired and worn out and need a nap, what is you response? A) I think I’ll take 15 minutes to relax and recharge my batteries or B) Where is the coffee, Red Bull. Full Speed ahead! Sadly for most people it is option B. In fact I think many American’s live in a certain level of adrenal exhaustion.

Here is the big problem. If your body and adrenal’s are worn out in general and you have a major crisis in your life you health could take a huge hit. For example you are going along through life in your hectic life but keeping one nose above water when all of a sudden your kid get’s sick, you get divorced, your business fails, you get in a car accident, you have a surgery that goes poorly etc etc. All of a sudden your health begins to unravel in a big way. I’m talking about things like MS, Lupus, Fibromialgia, Colitis, Chron’s, Cancer …..

So if you are wearing yourself out through lifestyle and diet choices take a moment to think about where the road you are on is headed. If you already find yourself with a major health challenge and all the signs of adrenal failure keep in mind that you will need to address this issue ASAP. If you don’t deal with this it will take a lot more time and money to recover you health, if you ever can.

    When I am in stressed I always encounter physical discomforts like body aches. I keep on worrying how I can manage my stress since I don’t have any free time to do the relaxation. Before, I see to it that I have my daily exercise and it really helps me a lot. But these past few months, I don’t have time because of a very busy schedule at work.
