EFT also known as Emotional Freedom Technique is gaining more and more attention as a quick effective technique for improving your emotional state. I always describe it like resetting a blown emotion fuse. In my car or my house it isn’t hard to reset a fuse as long as I track down the one that got flipped.

In EFT you identify what negative emotion you are feeling and then replace it with a positive emotion. While you say this you simply tap on certain acupuncture points on your body. For example “Even though I am afraid, I completely and totally love and accept myself.”
I find EFT to be especially effective the more extreme the emotion you are feeling. The only problem I have with EFT is that it involves “accurate guessing.” What if you aren’t really feeling “afraid” but instead you are feeling “shock” or “horror.” You can take 160 hours worth of videos on how to more accurately guess but it is still guess work.
I have found that by using “muscle testing” and the charts from DR Brad Nelson’s The Emotion Code and Dr David Hawkins The Map of Consciousness that i can accurately test for exactly what someone is feeling and then do EFT for them quickly and effectively.
